This morning Microsoft kicked off the Press Conferences at E3. They showed off a lot of awesome games. Here are a few of our favorites shown!

Sunset Overdrive

This game honestly caught me by surprise. The trailer was silly, and a bit obnoxious, but once we got a look at the gameplay, my opinion shifted.

Assassin’s Creed Unity

The next installment of the Assassin’s Creed series takes us to France circa 1789, right in the middle of the French Revolution. The game right off the bat looks incredible on the next-gen console, and this first look at 4 player co-op looks to bring a fun new aspect to the series.

Evolve

From the makers of the hit Left 4 Dead series, Turtle Rock moves away from zombies and takes on giant monsters in a new 4v1 game. Play as the monster – eat, grow and evolve. Or play as one of the 4 hunters, determined to hunt down and stop the monster before they evolve and become unstoppable. This game looks very interesting, and I for one, am really excited to see more on this in the weeks to come.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection

In lieu of showing off Halo 5: Guardians, 343 industries announced the Halo: The Master Chief Collection. The set comes with Halo 1-4, with Halos 1 and 2 being anniversary editions with updated graphics. Some of the most well received news was that Halo 2 includes original multiplayer maps, and games. The collection also allows for users to make custom ‘play-lists’, meaning you can jump from different parts of the 4 games, so you can skip chapters you may not have liked, and focus on those that you did. The Collection also comes with Halo 5: Guardians Beta access, as well as the digital series. The best part? Only $59.99.

Tom Clancy’s The Division

This game caught my eye due to it’s amazing gameplay footage. From what we saw it looked like a mix of Watch Dogs, CoD: Advanced Warfare, and even a little bit of Batman: Arkham Origins. The tech you get to use looks cool, the combat system looked awesome, and the co-op looked like tons of fun.

Crackdown 3

I remember this coming off as a GTA clone until most people got a hold of it. It’s fun, over the top, and an exciting exclusive that Microsoft created. It’s good to see it back.

Project Spark

Open world games are here to stay. Project Spark sure shows that as well. The ability to create your own games and have people play in them is exciting. Can’t wait for more info from this one.

Cuphead

Look at this game. Look at it. 30’s style animation with a platforming play style? Sign me up!
